Got discipline, confidence, power and courage? SK and Elizabeth earned their black belts in mixed martial arts after 7 years of training. The last few years of that journey they trained together. Even though they no longer practice martial arts, the training changed how they walk in this world. Elizabeth enjoys basketball and pole vaulting through her school. And SK is always on a physical fitness regimen that includes Pilates, running and gym weight/cardio days.
Back when they were in Karate several days a week, SK got a wild hair to invite her female friends to the dojo to find their inner and outer power. Together they also found their awareness and then went out for “Kocktails” and Sushi. “Karate and Kocktails” was SK’s way sharing her passion for self defense and making sure her friends knew how to defend themselves in the world.
