I love that I get to teach my daughter what I wish I knew when I was her age. Social issues amongst GIRLS is a hot topic if you have a girl in your life. It is not easy to navigate and crashing and burning happens more often than not along the way. And the lessons that come up for her are MINE as well. A healthy sense of humor and a lot of love and compassion go a long way. Remembering to start the day in my “heart space” is KEY for me to show up the way I want to. Thanks for watching. It has been a tough week of DRAMA! Helping my daughter navigate the shark infested waters of 5th grade girls has done a number on me. Wore me out! And I had an amazing session with my Shaman to keep getting to the root of my STUFF and clearing my path so that I can walk in my greatness. This is my message to everyone. We all are here for a reason and when we are in alignment with our purpose, life unfolds in amazing miraculous ways! But first, we must go within. We must BREATHE. Well I am working on that one. How about YOU?

After many months of manifesting our next dream house, I am finally back at the piano. It is the place where I find my muse waiting for me. It is the place my soul connects with the DIVINE. My art imitates my life and this song I wrote is an exact conversation from a moment in time. My daughter is almost 11 years old now. I will never forget those intimate moments we shared when she was a baby. My heart grew one million sizes because of her and my husband. I promise to release this as a recording some day.
